This Privacy Policy explains how Visible Intelligence LLC (“Visible Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company behind MarkMyGraph (markmygraph.com), collects, uses, and protects information when you use MarkMyGraph (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using MarkMyGraph, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
MarkMyGraph is a simple statistics-tracking tool. We only collect what’s needed to run the Service. Specifically:

Data you enter
Billing information
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages get visited and how much traffic the site gets. It records standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, and it does not set cookies or follow you across other websites. We chose it specifically because it reports totals rather than building a profile of any individual visitor.
What we don’t collect
Beyond the analytics described above, we don’t use advertising pixels, tracking cookies, cross-site trackers, or behavioral profiling of any kind, and we run no third-party marketing or advertising scripts (no Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar). The only cookie the Service uses is a functional session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or the data you enter into MarkMyGraph, to anyone, for any purpose. Full stop.
Only you, the account owner, can see the data you enter into MarkMyGraph. MarkMyGraph does not currently have a team or multi-user feature, so there’s no built-in way for anyone else to view your account or your data.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run MarkMyGraph. We don’t sell your data to them; we use them strictly to operate the Service:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
If your subscription lapses or a payment fails, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. All the data you’ve entered stays exactly where it is, and you’ll be able to view it. You just won’t be able to add or edit entries until your subscription is active again.
The data you enter into MarkMyGraph belongs to you. To have your account and data deleted, email us at contact@markmygraph.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form at markmygraph.com/contact. We’ll confirm the request is from you, cancel any paid subscription first so no further payments are taken, and then delete your account, your graphs and every number you have entered — normally within 7 days. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule and any remaining copies age out within 90 days.
You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.
(Note: submissions through our contact form are stored in our Supabase database and forwarded to our team inbox so we can respond to you.)
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including hashed password storage (via Supabase Auth) and relying on Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure for payments, so we never handle your raw card data. That said, no online service can guarantee perfect security, and we can’t promise that your information will never be accessed by an unauthorized party.
MarkMyGraph is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we’ve collected information from someone under 18, we’ll delete it.
You can access, correct, or update your account information at any time by logging into MarkMyGraph. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time using the contact info in Section 8.
If you’re located outside the United States, particularly in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA (such as the right to data portability or to know what categories of data we hold). Given MarkMyGraph’s current size and customer base, we haven’t built out formal processes specific to those laws, but we’ll honor reasonable requests consistent with the rights above. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, as Visible Intelligence LLC is registered in Florida.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as MarkMyGraph evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Visible Intelligence LLC operates MarkMyGraph as a simple, standalone tool for tracking business statistics. We collect only what we need to run the Service, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t track you beyond what’s necessary to keep you logged in.
